💳 一、付款流程｜PayPal 專屬付款
國際訂單採用 PayPal 付款，安全可靠，支援信用卡與 PayPal 帳戶。
付款三步驟
步驟一｜下單
於官網完成商品選購與收件資訊填寫。
此階段不會從信用卡扣款。
步驟二｜收到付款連結
Cocodog 將於 1 個工作天內透過 PayPal 系統寄送付款連結至您的 Email，請至信箱確認（含垃圾信件夾）。
步驟三｜完成付款
點擊連結，依 PayPal 指示完成付款後，訂單即進入出貨作業。
⚠️ 若於 3 天內未完成付款，訂單將視情況取消，需要時歡迎與我們聯繫重新開啟。
🌏 二、配送地區
Cocodog 目前提供多國國際配送，依地區收取不同運費。我們將依實際訂單狀況與配送穩定度，持續優化並擴展更多地區。

📦 三、出貨時效與物流追蹤
完成 PayPal 付款後，我們將於 2–3 個工作天內安排出貨。
商品寄出後，系統會將 EMS 物流追蹤碼與查詢連結寄送至您的 Email 信箱，您可隨時查看配送進度。

💰 四、關稅與稅務說明
這是國際客戶最容易誤解的部分，我們分兩層說明：
✅ 商品價格與運費「已包含」什麼？
Cocodog 顯示的商品與運費，已包含收件國的基礎銷售稅（含運費部分）。您在付款時看到的金額，就是支付給 Cocodog 的最終費用。
⚠️ 「可能額外產生」什麼？
各國海關可能依貨物種類、申報價值，再額外課徵進口關稅、消費稅或清關費用。
這些費用不在 Cocodog 售價中，需由收件人於收件時自行支付。

📌 重要｜若因拒付關稅、未完成補運費確認導致包裹退回，已支付的運費與稅金恕不退還。
🔁 五、退貨政策
基於國際物流與清關限制，國際訂單一經出貨即不接受退貨與退款。
請於付款前再次確認：
- 商品款式、尺寸、數量是否正確
- 收件人姓名、地址、電話無誤
- 確認目的地國家可接受水晶飾品類商品寄送

💳 1. Payment Process｜PayPal Only
International orders are processed via PayPal, supporting both credit cards and PayPal accounts.
Three Steps
Step 1｜Place Order
Complete checkout on our website. No payment will be charged at this stage.
Step 2｜Receive Payment Link
Cocodog will send a PayPal payment link to your email within 1 business day. Please also check your spam folder.
Step 3｜Complete Payment
Click the link and complete payment via PayPal. Your order will then enter the fulfillment process.
⚠️ If payment is not completed within 3 days, the order may be cancelled.
🌏 2. Shipping Regions & Fees
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates vary by region:

Once PayPal payment is completed, orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
A tracking number and EMS tracking link will be sent to your email after shipment.

💰 4. Customs & Taxes

Cocodog prices include basic sales tax for the destination country (including shipping portion). What you pay is the final amount to Cocodog.
⚠️ What may be ADDITIONALLY charged
Customs authorities may charge import duties, consumption tax, or clearance fees based on product type and declared value. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

📌 Important｜If a package is returned due to refusal of duties or unpaid additional fees, shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
🔁 5. Return Policy
Due to international shipping and customs regulations, international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Please review before payment:
- Product style, size, and quantity
- Recipient name, address, and phone number
- Whether the destination country accepts crystal jewelry imports
