Q1｜Cocodog 目前提供哪些配送服務？｜What shipping services does Cocodog offer?

我們將依實際訂單與配送穩定度，持續優化並開放更多國際配送地區。

We will continue to expand and optimize our international shipping coverage based on order volume and delivery stability.

配送方式為 中華郵政國際快捷 EMS，所有國際訂單皆提供 物流追蹤服務。

All international orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post EMS and include full tracking.

📌 若因拒付關稅或未完成補運費確認導致包裹退回，
已支付的運費恕不退還。

📌 If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties or additional shipping fees,
the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

商品出貨後，系統會將物流追蹤碼與查詢連結寄送至您的 Email 信箱。您可以透過該連結隨時查看包裹的最新狀態與配送進度。

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your email
You may check the delivery status at any time

💳 付款說明（中文）
- 國際訂單成立後，將由 Cocodog 透過 PayPal 系統寄送專屬付款連結至您的 Email
- 請依 Email 指示完成付款後，我們才會安排出貨
- PayPal 支援信用卡與 PayPal 帳戶付款，流程安全且快速
📌 若於合理時間內未完成付款，訂單將不會出貨，並視情況協助取消。

For international orders, a PayPal payment link will be sent to your email by Cocodog
Shipment will be arranged only after payment is completed via the PayPal link
PayPal supports credit cards and PayPal account payments and provides a secure checkout process

📌 If payment is not completed within a reasonable time, the order will not be shipped and may be cancelled.

International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
Due to international shipping and customs regulations, orders cannot be returned or refunded once shipped
